Big Plants Chicago

If you are looking for the best place to buy a plant this is the place. Marcus is incredibly knowledgeable and cares about the success of your plant. He spent hours explaining the process of planting and caring for our tree and actually did the planting for us at the end to make sure it was done correctly. Everything turned out perfect and he is such a perfectionist that he made sure every last detail was right. He even put a video together at the end explaining what he did. Beyond impressed with this company and Marcus. Would highly recommend to everyone!

I’ve now bought several plants from Big Plants Chicago, and every single one has been perfect - healthy, vibrant, and exactly as described. The quality and consistency are genuinely impressive. A special mention to Marcus, who has been fantastic to work with. He is incredibly knowledgeable, helpful, and clearly passionate about what he does. He took the time to understand what I was looking for and made thoughtful recommendations that were spot on. The whole experience has been seamless from start to finish, and it’s rare to find this level of service paired with such high-quality plants. I wouldn’t go anywhere else and would highly recommend Big Plants Chicago to anyone looking for beautiful, statement plants and expert guidance.

Love our new fiddle leaf fig! Super easy order and delivery process. I placed an order via Instagram and it was at my door in about an hour! Marcus took the time to discuss care instructions when he arrived but I might’ve cut him off due to my excitement about this new plant lol (I’ve been practicing FLF care with a smaller version of the plant). We were also given detailed care instructions online that will be super helpful since the plant will have to be repotted in a few months. The pricing for this plant in this size was also great. I checked pricing at another store in Chicago and this was about 60 dollars less and in much better shape. Would recommend ! We plan to make an appointment to go into the shop and check out what’s available in person!

I had such a wonderful experience with this plant shop! The plant I ordered is absolutely beautiful — healthy, full, and even more stunning in person. You can truly tell how much care goes into their selection and quality. Thank you so much for personally delivering it and taking the time to walk me through how to properly care for it. I truly appreciated you answering all of my questions in person and making sure I felt confident about keeping it healthy and thriving. That level of service is rare and so appreciated. The delivery was seamless and professional, and my plant arrived in perfect condition. It instantly elevated the space and brought so much life into my home. Thank you again for such an amazing experience. I will definitely be ordering again and recommending you to friends!
